Director of Strategic Insights & Analytics


Position Overview:
As Johnsonville’s Director of Strategic Insights & Analytics, you will lead the team responsible for providing Best-In-Class insights and business analysis for both the Marketing and Sales Team. In addition, you will lead all relationships with research partners across both syndicated data suppliers (Nielsen, SPECTRA, IRI, MVI, Dunnhumby, etc.) and primary consumer research suppliers.

  • Coach our consumer marketing research director

Qualifications:
What You Bring To The Job

  • 7-10 years of category management, marketing, or consumer research experience in consumer packaged goods

  • Strong understanding and proven application of marketing research and category management concepts

  • Proven track record of leading and developing people

  • Proven track record of delivering results

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand format

  • A high degree of proficiency in relevant computer technologies

  • Creative and persistent problem-solving abilities and independent thinking

  • High degree of professionalism and sound business judgment

  • Highly motivated and flexible--able to take initiative, speak up to new ideas and drive change where needed

  • Ability to partner with customers and act as a consultant

Location: Sheboygan Falls, WI
