Enhancing Collaboration through Shopper Insights and Shopper Marketing
Led and facilitated by the WWA team of Keith Conard, EVP CPG Consulting Practice, Paul Christman, EVP Retail Consulting Practice and competency enhancement expert David Zahn.

During this participative session you will learn how to align shopper insights, shopper merchandising and shopper marketing across functions within your company and how to apply these insights as an integral part of the collaborative process between trading partners. This will include learning how to determine retailer and supplier readiness required to optimize ROI; understanding the critical steps in the macro processes that provide the framework for knowledge transfer, opportunity identification and assessment; application of the knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform successfully; and performance measurement. The importance of evolving from transactional to strategic collaboration, and the “how to”, will also be addressed.
