
The Business Problem The company ( L'Oréal) was manually tabulating data into reports to analyze cross-channel buying behavior and market share for the executive team. As with most manual processes, there were two problems: the process was labor intensive and it was prone to error.
The Solution The SoftSheen-Carson group purchased Kenosia’s DataAlchemy product to solve this problem. After implementation, the division was successful in achieving its goal. The results? Reports could be more accurately formatted in less time, down to one day from one week. This allowed the organization to act on results earlier to improve marketing and selling strategies.
