Insight, Information & Consulting Services, Inc. has done extensive work in the DIY channel at both Home Depot and Lowes. We have developed shelf assortment allocation models using POS data and demographic data to identify optimal store clusters for certain category segments, brands and even for certain hardware finishes. Our project work has included lock sets, fashion bath hardware, shower surrounds and power tool analyses. |
